The Changing Ecomony

The times are much different from what most of us are accustomed too. We seem to know at least one ,if not more that have been touched by the economy.  While we have some that have lost their jobs others have had hours reduced.

Personally I have had the opportunity to reflect on myself and my business. This is the greatest of times!! I am now forced to understand the numbers to business – what most call PROFIT!  As business owners either you’re making it or you’re not. This is the deciding factor. While I watched larger business and wiser business owners -we mirrored their actions and accomplishments. What you think about you become. We started looking at revenue streams that prior we took for granted. It’s like standing in fromt of a mirror with nothing on. The ugly truth will rear it’s head, take heed and act on it.

Change can be your biggest assest. I truely feel like I’ve had my share. As I get older and hopefully wiser I’ve realized that each change has made me grow and learn new talents. Don’t be afraid of change – it can be your salvation.  A butterfly goes through some majors changes – but what an OUTCOME.

Every end is a new begining.
